diners, fans We know who Roy is.
We’ve heard of Nobu. We’re
intimate with Ruth. And Denny is that guy who re-defined “grand
slam.” But who is this Giovanni Pastrami?
I can tell you he’s not a
pinkie-ring-wearing, Italian- Jewish Manhattanite who has decided
to open a restaurant along the new multi-million-dollar Beach
Walk project at Lewers Street. No, Giovanni Pastrami is a made-up
name and an amalgamation of an Italian pizzeria, a New York deli
