Giovanni Pastrami is a brand new creation that is a combination of three existing successful Waikiki restaurant concepts. Owners Robert and Suzan Bach opened Round Table Pizza in 1995 at the Hilton Hawaiian Village and have served more than two million guests the Island’s freshest and tastiest pizza. In 2003, the Bachs opened Round Table Pizza and Sports Bar at the Ohana East Hotel, Waikiki’s only sports bar, and CJ’s New York Style Deli at the Hilton Hawaiian Village, Waikiki’s only New York Style Deli. The success of these three establishments relate to a customer’s combined thirst for both fun and food. Hence, Giovanni Pastrami, a New York Style Deli, Pizzeria, and Sports Bar.

Our message is all about quality. Our deli menu features large portions of the finest meats, cheese, and breads. Our corned beef and pastrami are a product of the Vienna Beef Company of Chicago, our steaks and hamburgers are natural Black Angus Beef, and our lox is a Nova Scotia smoked salmon.

Our pizza menu is Round Table Pizza. If you’ve never had Round Table, you will be pleasantly surprised. Rather than create a Giovanni Pastrami pizza, we chose to serve an established product that our customers have consistenly raved about in our other establishments. Round Table Pizza is a West Coast franchise that began in Menlo Park, California, in 1959. Almost 50 years later, more than 500 Round Table restaurants emulate the phrase, “The Last Honest Pizza,” describing Round Table’s commitment to quality and authenticity. We roll our dough daily from scratch, add our fresh blend of three cheeses, and lavishly top our pizzas with only premium meats and garden fresh vegetables. Our unique specialty pizzas will blow you away.

We anticipate that you will enjoy your meal and return to Giovanni Pastrami again and again. Should you be dining here when your favorite college or pro team is engaged in combat, ask our management if you can view the contest on one of our high definition plasma screens, as we probably have the satellite capacity to give you this treat. Most likely, it’s on already.
